A kitchen built on family
In 1986, a husband and wife opened a small noodle shop in downtown Edmonton. There were no investors and no grand plan - just family recipes brought from Vietnam, a handful of tables and a commitment to make every dish with care.
Four decades later, Thanh Thanh is still family owned, with the same husband and wife duo cooking in the kitchen each day. Our pho is simmered for hours. Our imperial rolls are hand rolled every day and our sauces are made from scratch. While the city around us has changed, the food and traditions that define us have stayed the same.
